Returns & Exchanges

At Mog Print, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom fashion pieces. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
